Maltodextrin

We offer the GLUCIDEX® range of maltodextrins and dried glucose syrups, from Roquette Freres. The highest quality products obtained from starch by hydrolysis followed by purification and spray drying.

They are white, neutral or slightly sweet tasting powders, soluble in water and offering a high standard of organic, mineral and bacteriological purity.

The list of product uses is almost endless, but includes :- biscuits and confectionery, energy drinks, ice cream, infant foods, nutritional powders, frozen foods, soups and sauces, and meat products

Roquette’s GLUCIDEX®  range covers a wide range dextrose equivalents including maltodextrins of 1, 2, 6, 8, 9, 12, 17, and 19 DE, dried glucose syrups of 21, 28, 29, 32, 33, 38, 39, 40, & 47 DE. In addition the range also has ‘instantised (IT) versions in 6, 8, 12, 19, 21, 29, 33, 38, 47 DE, for faster dissolving in water
